IT Project Manager (Infrastructure & Security)

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Plan, lead, and monitor ICT projects from the initial project charter to final delivery. You own the roadmap, budget, and quality standards for both internal applications and core infrastructure.
• Infrastructure & Cloud Optimization: Oversee the expansion and optimization of central server parks, corporate networks, and external connections. You ensure the “heartbeat” of the organization remains strong and scalable.
• Security Orchestration: Act as a guardian of digital safety. You analyze security reports, implement firewalls, and ensure that every deployment, whether IT or O, meets the highest security standards.
• Stakeholder & Team Management: Functionally lead, motivate, and support project members. You are the central point of contact for stakeholders and external consultants, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Business Analysis & Innovation: Translate user needs into functional and technical analyses. You scout the market for new technologies, evaluate vendors (including RFI/RFP processes), and assess the added value of new innovations.
• Process Excellence: Maintain and update the documentation for ICT processes. You develop instructions and procedures to ensure a seamless transition from project phase to operational maintenance.

Your Profile

• 5-8 Years of Experience: A proven track record in IT Project Management, ideally within complex or industrial environments.
• Security-First Mindset: You hold a certification (CISSP or similar) or possess demonstrable experience in( Information) Security.
• Framework & Compliance Fluent: You know your way around NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, and CCB Cyber Fundamentals (CyFun).
• Technical Breadth: Advanced knowledge of virtualization, storage, networking, and cloud. Specific experience in OT environments (PLC/SCADA) or security camera networks is a significant advantage.
• Analytical Strength: You excel at problem analysis and system management, with a keen eye for detail and documentation.
• Language: You have a native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch**.**
