Senior M365 Services Solution Designer

About the Role

As a Senior M365 Services Solution Designer, you will help design, manage and continuously improve a complex Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace environment.

You combine strong hands-on expertise across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and endpoint technologies with the ability to translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable and maintainable solutions.

The role covers both solution design and technical delivery. You will contribute to the design and implementation of new workplace solutions, support the existing M365 environment, define standards and best practices, and help drive improvements across identity, endpoint management, security and collaboration.

You will also play an important role in the further adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI, identifying relevant business opportunities and translating them into practical and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable Microsoft 365 solution designs and implementation approaches.
• Analyze requirements, break down solutions into deliverables and estimate the required workload.
• Configure and customize Microsoft 365 applications and related third-party solutions based on business requirements.
• Work hands-on with Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Planner and Viva Engage.
• Capture, structure and formalize requirements across multiple business entities and stakeholder groups.
• Organize and facilitate workshops around Microsoft 365 capabilities, best practices and adoption.
• Define, implement and maintain Microsoft 365 governance policies.
• Contribute to security, compliance and governance considerations throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Identify and assess AI and Copilot opportunities within business processes and translate them into practical Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat and lightweight Copilot Agents.
• Work with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers and apply operational best practices.
• Produce clear technical and functional documentation for implementation, hand-over and maintenance.
• Apply Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices to Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Participate in sprint meetings, project meetings and steering committees.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and other technical specialists throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support the continuous evolution and improvement of the Microsoft 365 environment.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of professional experience working with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Planner and Viva Engage.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring and customizing Microsoft 365 solutions based on customer or business requirements.
• Experience designing Microsoft 365 solutions and translating business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops and advising stakeholders on Microsoft 365 best practices.
• Experience defining, implementing or enforcing Microsoft 365 governance.
• At least 3 years of experience working in project environments and interacting with different stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with multiple business entities.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers and operational best practices.
• At least 2 years of practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, including Copilot Chat and lightweight Copilot Agents.
• Proven ability to identify business-driven AI opportunities and translate them into compliant, value-driven M365 Copilot solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing Copilot-based solutions in production environments.
• Strong experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Experience in a large and complex enterprise environment is highly valued.
• Experience in people transport or a comparable large-scale organization is a plus.
• Master’s degree with a specialization in Information Technology or a related field.
• Fluent in Dutch, good understanding of French, and professional proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work on-site at the client’s offices when required.
